dish, similar to dish#3 but decorated in overglaze
enamels
with green spots (which appear brown
when dry) and
with a red flower on the centre medallion. A
two character
Chinese mark on the base
has been tentatively read
as 'Lau Sin,' 'Lou Xing,' or 'Lau Xin,' apparently
the name
of a potter, or perhaps a kiln name.
