Shipwrecks Belongs To All Mankind, or To Treasure-Hunters & Salvors? Historic shipwrecks, drowned cities, underwater cave paintings, Neolithic lake settlements, sunken structures, like Alexandria Lighthouse...also considered one of the underwater cultural property. Shipwrecks make up the greater part of the underwater cultural heritage, it belongs to all of us, to all mankind, not just to the treasure salvors, or treasure hunters!
