zone, continental shelf, 200-mile exclusive economic zone, a special
200-mile zone...where underwater cultural heritage which has been
lost or abandoned, and is submerged underwater for at least 100

Belongs To All Mankind, or To Treasure-Hunters & Salvors?
Historic
shipwrecks, drowned cities, underwater cave paintings, Neolithic
lake settlements, sunken structures, like Alexandria Lighthouse...also
considered one of the underwater cultural
property. Shipwrecks make up the greater part of the
underwater cultural heritage, it belongs to all of us, to all mankind,
not just to the treasure salvors, or treasure hunters!
