Sultan Muzaffar Shah's name was also minted in the first tin pitis coinage during his reign from 1445 to 1456.

   

      These photographs show some Tin Money of early 15th century Malacca Sultanate, some are very rare and unique designs Tin Money, like animals shape money, big size Crocodile 16.3cm L x 6.2cm Wide, Tortoise 11.7cm L x 8cm W, Clam money 8.2cm L x 7.5cm W, Tampang 5cm W X 3cm H, all weighted around 900 grams.

 

      Pitis is one of the common coinage used during the reign of Sultan Muzaffar Shah (1446-1456), Sultan Mansur Shah (1456-1477), Sultan Mahmud Shah (1488-1511) and Sultan Ahmad Mahmud Shah (1510), in Arabic "Muzaffar Shah Al Sultan," "Mansur Shah Bin Muzaffar Shah al-Sultan," "Mansur Shah Ibnu Muzaffar Al Adil," in obverse and reverse with "Nasir al-Dunia Wa's-Din" and "Al Sultan Mahmud," "Ahmad Ibnu Mahmud Shah," with its typical characteristics of :
