Till the end of March 1999, the Group has strategically alliance with the:

1. Dynasty Artefacts & Art Gallery, Taiwan - specialising in the China's ancient jade.

2. Nanhai Marine Archaeology S.B., Sweden-Malaysia - specialising in the excavation of       shipwrecks and recovery of artefacts and sunken treasures.

3. Antiques and collectibles partnership.

The Group has been awarded with a USD150 million development project of Islamic College and Eco-tourism project (joint venture with Malacca Government, under ICM on January 29, 1999), which encompasses the Group's Cultural Multi Media Super Corridor and Museum under water, first of its kind in Asia.
The Group presently has entered agreements with international auction houses and appraiser centre, which is launching a competitive edges of online action, with authenticity certificates attached.

INTRODUCTION
SotheBay International Ltd. is an e-commerce driven company with assets of about US$50 Million. We are an auction house as well as an Electronic Exchange for the buying and selling of the products of antiquity. These include: antiques, jade, artefacts from shipwrecks, collectibles and other rare valuables. Our mission is to provide a platform to enable investors and collectors to own a part or a piece of history.
The other key aspect of  SotheBay International Ltd.'s activities is not for profit. This takes the form of philanthropy, historical preservation, education, publication and training.
